Daniel Wethered Director
Dan has over 25 years of experience in the building trade. Dan began his career as a carpenter before moving into site management, where he successfully ran a barn conversion company and managed residential housing developments.
Over the years, he has delivered a wide range of projects, working with both private clients and developers.
At Lodsworth Construction, Dan focuses on the financial and estimating side of the business, drawing on his deep industry knowledge to ensure projects are accurately costed and efficiently managed from the ground up.

Tony King
Project Manager
Tony started his career in the construction industry in 1998, initially focusing on the rail sector, he soon moved into the residential market, amassing extensive experience in high-end projects.
Tony has successfully managed some of the country's most prestigious and complex homes, whilst consistently delivering outstanding quality.
With exemplary attention to detail and organisational skills, Tony manages daily site operations, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the high standards expected from Lodsworth Construction.

Site Operative
In 2025, Dale joined the Lodsworth team, leveraging his expertise in telecommunications infrastructure. He provides support to the site teams undertaking general construction tasks and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of welfare.
Nick Wilson
Director
Nick brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential developments to exceptional standards. Renowned for his approachable nature, and transparency, Nick ensures a strong relationship with his clients, not only throughout the build process, but also continuing long after the clients have moved into their dream home.
His portfolio spans a wide range of residential developments, from luxury single dwellings tailored to individual client needs, to complex multi-unit schemes requiring careful coordination and strategic planning .
At Lodsworth, you'll find Nick overseeing our current projects, with the site managers to ensure they run smoothly and on budget.

Devan Patel
Site Manager
Devan has a background in mechanical engineering and a passion for problem-solving. With strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience, Devan brings a practical approach when managing complex construction projects. With an engineering background, Devan overcomes any issues which may arise during the build process, so that the projects run smoothly.
Devan is known for his quality of work, approachable manner and ability to think outside the box when it comes to making clients visions a reality.
At Lodsworth, Devan is responsible for the day to day running of his site, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those on site and that the projects run according to the agreed programme.

With over 30 years experience in accounts, Julia ensures the smooth running of the office and keeps all the financial records up to date.

With over 30 years in the construction industry and a decade of experience in the high-end residential construction market, Nick brings a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship, project management, and client-focused service.
Known for delivering exceptional homes that blend functionality with refined aesthetics, he has built a reputation for attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Whether overseeing a full-scale custom build or a luxury renovation, Nick works closely with clients, architects, and designers to ensure each project reflects the highest standards of design and execution.

Stuart Payne
Landscaper
Stuart has over 30 years' experience as a hard and soft landscaper, with qualifications in landscape design. Stuart works closely with the clients and architects to bring garden visions to life.
Stuart manages and works alongside our dedicated landscape team to craft each client's vision from a blank canvas to a beautifully finished outdoor space, delivering high-quality workmanship and thoughtful design.
Stuart is also highly qualified in the construction of bespoke leisure facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and steam rooms. Stuart and the team manage every aspect of the leisure works from concept to completion, delivering meticulously crafted spaces with exceptional attention to detail, quality and finish.
